Job Type: Lettings Negotiator

Job Specification: The position requires the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants alike. The ability to make effective cold calls is an essential part of the job.

Job Requirements: Previous sales experience essential. Must have excellent communication skills and be extremely persuasive, presentable and target driven. Must have excellent telephone skills and be an effective cold caller. Must be comfortable arranging appointments, property viewings etc. Must have own car and full clean Driver’s License.

Remuneration: £13000 pa + attractive commission

Hours of work: 9:30am to 6pm (M to F) + 10am to 2pm (every alternate Saturday)
